The new security measures implemented to online banking will help deter fraudulent activity and will continue to ensure a high level of security to our online banking. You will be authenticated not only by your user name and password, but you will be recognized by what browser you are using. In addition, you will provide a phrase that will be shown to you whenever you successfully login to online banking.
The steps below will show you how to setup your initial login information:
At the new login screen, enter your Account Number:

At the next screen, enter your online banking. password:

A new screen will follow giving a brief explanation of the steps which will follow to complete the setup process.
Step One, Authorize this computer
Step Two, Verify computer authorization
Step Three, Complete a simple questionnaire
Step Four, Log in

click the "Continue" button to move to the next screen.
Steps one and two will be completed automatically. Then click continue to proceed to step three.

Step three will set up the new security features for online banking. When you click in each field, a text box will pop up with a brief description of what information is required to be entered. The first field will be used to set up your secondary password. This password will only be used when you are logging in from a computer OTHER that the one you used for the initial setup. This questionnaire asks for your cell phone number and email address since you can use these methods to have a temporary security key sent, if you should forget your secondary password.
The bottom two boxes are optional, and checking them
will have our system send you an email or text message every time someone logs into your account. After completing all fields,
click the "Save" button.

Now you are finished setting up your secondary security measures. Moving to the next screen, you can make any changes, if necessary.
Otherwise, click the "Login" button to continue to your account.
The next time you log in from the same computer, you will only have to input your account number on the first screen, and your existing online banking password on the second screen. It is important to note that neither your account number nor your original password have changed.
If you are using a computer that you did not originally set as your default computer, there will now be additional steps to
authorize that computer for online banking. Log in as normal, using your account number on the first screen, and your
regular online banking password on the second screen. You should see a message stating "We were unable to verify your computer
using your unique identifier." Using your mouse, enter the secondary password that you setup during the
initial setup phase, on the on-screen keyboard (the system only requires you to enter the first eight characters of your secondary password).
If this is a trusted computer, or one that you use on a regular basis, check the box next to "Authenticate this computer now",
then click continue. This way you will not need to enter your secondary password the next time you use this computer. If this is
a public or shared computer, it is recommended that you leave that box blank, then continue to online banking by clicking the continue button
