Online BillPayer offers you an easy way to make payments without having to write a check.
With BillPayer, you can schedule one-time and recurring payments to your payees, track your payment activity, receive eBills, and more—online 24/7. Funds will be automatically deducted from your checking account.
If you have not paid a bill using BillPayer within the last 60 days your account will be classified as inactive and will be shut down. You will have to re-enroll in the service and set up your payee information again.
MoneyHQ is your personal finance manager. With MoneyHQ, you can keep track of your Sound account as well as accounts from your other financial institutions all in one place. Thousands of financial institutions, investment firms, credit card issuers, and billers are available.
Each Online Banking account at Sound is connected to a specific member number. Payments will be pulled from the checking account associated with the member number you logged in to Online Banking with. If you have multiple checking accounts associated with your member number, you will be able to select the account you would like to withdraw funds from using the dropdown menu.
You can pay almost any company or individual in the US. You can pay companies that send you bills, like your telephone company, or a person or organization that you owe money to but don't necessarily receive a bill from, like your babysitter.
Log on to Online Banking and click the link for Online BillPayer.
Click the Bill Pay tab at the top of the screen and click on Add Payee.
Select your payee from the drop-down menu or enter the payee's information manually.
Enter your specific account information and click Submit.
Once you have added your payee, you can either click the "New Payment" button at the bottom of the page or go back to the Payment Center and set up your payment from there.
Should you experience any issues with either Online Banking or Online BillPayer, please use the email form available on our Contact Us page and select either "Online Banking" or "Online BillPayer" from the drop down menu. A representative from Sound Credit Union will get back with you within 48 hours.

Click on the Tools menu near the top of the screen and select "Pop-up Blocker", then "Pop-up Blocker Settings"
In the next window, there will be a space labeled "Address of website to allow:" In this space, enter the following: https://global1.onlinebank.com and mc.telcocu.com
Click the Add button next to the space you just entered the address in to after each address
Click the Close button to close the Settings window—you may also need to close out of your Internet window.
***NOTE*** In order to allow exceptions to Safari's Pop-Up Blocker, you must use an add-on. Though we do support the Safari web browser, Sound Credit Union cannot support or troubleshoot any third party add-ons. Please follow the below instructions to disable your Pop-Up Blocker
Click on the gear icon located on the upper right hand corner of the browser window
Select "Block Pop-Up Windows" to uncheck it.
Restart Safari
Try again to click the Online BillPayer link in Online Banking
