carrier tickets using your Sound Visa credit card. It is an
accidental death and dismemberment only policy and does not pay
benefits for loss from sickness.

determined by individual credit worthiness including income, debt
ratio, employment and credit history.

make your minimum monthly payment for two consecutive billing cycles.
If you are in default under the terms of your
Visa Credit Card Agreement, your Annual Percentage Rate will increase to 18%. Default includes, but is not limited to,
failure to make timely payments for two consecutive billing cycles.
If you successfully make at least six timely minimum monthly
payments after the Default Interest Rate goes into effect, the APR will be
