What will I need to use shared branching services at these locations?

When using these select 7-Eleven stores you will need:

  1. The name of your credit union (Sound)
  2. Your account number
  3. A Sound debit/credit card

How do I access my account(s) at these locations?

The Vcom© units located at the select locations will ask you to:

  1. Select CU Service Centers Network on the screen
  2. For first time users, you will need to establish a PIN number and then questions will be asked to ensure security and protection
  3. Input Sound Credit Union and your account number
  4. Insert your Sound debit or credit card
