Retirement
Sound provides a valuable addition to eligible employees personal financial planning through the 401(k) retirement savings plan and trust. The plan offers a Safe Harbor Matching contribution, plus Discretionary Profit Sharing contribution.

Paid Time Off
Sound recognizes the value of time off for our employees and has established an attractive Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. PTO is designed to provide flexibility in taking paid time off from work. Full-time new hires start out at 120 hours/year, part-time new hires at 60 hours/year. Increases available based on years of service.

Medical and Dental Insurance
Sound offers medical and dental insurance to all regular full-time employees. The employee cost is paid by Sound. Family coverage can be obtained at the employee's expense.

Holidays
Sound closes to observe the holidays as set forth by the Federal Reserve Bank. Full-time and part-time employees receive holiday pay according to policy.

Long Term Disability
Sound offers long-term disability insurance to all regular full-time employees. The cost is paid by Sound. Long-term disability provides employees with income protection if they become disabled from a covered sickness, accidental bodily injury, or pregnancy.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Sound offers life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance to all regular full-time employees. The cost is paid by Sound.

Employee Free Services
As an additional benefit of employment with Sound Credit Union, "free" and/or discounted services are offered.

Employee Assistance Program
Sound offers employee assistance as a benefit to all regular employees and their immediate family members. This program provides immediate assessment and assistance to employees and their families whose problems may be affecting their jobs and/or other areas of their lives.
