It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address or cell phone number is correct in the eAlerts system. Should you decide to change email addresses, cell phone numbers or phone providers, it is your responsibility to make the necessary changes by clicking on the eAlerts menu link. Due to various issues that can arise throughout the internet (ISP outages, incorrectly set up email accounts, spam filters, etc.), Sound Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of your eAlerts.

Do not reply directly to the eAlert notifications that you receive. If you have questions pertaining to a specific eAlert you have received please use the form located on our website, or call a Contact Center Representative.
