Once you've started saving with a basic share account, you can earmark a portion of your savings for a specific goal. Designate a "sub-savings account" for each new goal. You can have several going at once, if you wish. Club accounts provide the incentive to keep adding to the fund for that special bike, computer, wedding, vacation, etc.
Your club accounts earn regular share dividends and have quarterly statements. Sound has three types of sub-accounts: Vacation Club, Christmas Club, and the Johnny Appleseed Account. Or, name your own. To get started, call our Contact Center or stop by your nearest branch.
Regulation D
Regulation D (Reg D) is a federal regulation that limits individuals to six transfers from deposit accounts without their physical presence being required. Transaction limitations apply to all Sound Savings Accounts, Money Market Accounts, Certificates, and IRAs. Find out more.
