Working at Sound

What’s it like to work for Sound? Fast paced, fulfilling, and always fun.

Employee Education and Growth

trainingNo matter your position, we consider learning an essential part. Staff is encouraged to strengthen their skills to thrive in their jobs and grow professionally. We offer a variety of opportunities, including job-specific training, self-paced learning modules, certified mentors, professional development courses, and classes that reinforce our Service Promise. Tuition assistance is also available to qualifying employees.

Community Involvement

summerunSound was founded on the belief in the power of community. Throughout the year, we provide opportunities for employees to give back, whether through a Sound sponsored event, or through their own volunteer project. Employees can even get paid time to volunteer for a project close to their heart.

Here’s how we were able to help our communities last year:
Hours employees volunteered: over 4,500
Employee charitable donations: over $136,000

A strong mind, body, and spirit play a big role in our success at work. Quarterly, Sound offers a number of events that encourage healthy lifestyles and enhances employee relations and engagement. We are also proud to be a tobacco-free workplace.

Image Matters

What’s the dress code at Sound? We aren’t business casual, but we don’t require a three-piece suit either. We like to call our style “Business Credible”—a look that is classic, rather than edgy or radically trendy; professional, but never stuffy.
