No matter your position, we consider learning an essential part. Staff is encouraged to strengthen their skills to thrive in their jobs and grow professionally. We offer a variety of opportunities, including job-specific training, self-paced learning modules, certified mentors, professional development courses, and classes that reinforce our Service Promise. Tuition assistance is also available to qualifying employees.
Sound was founded on the belief in the power of community. Throughout the year, we provide opportunities for employees to give back, whether through a Sound sponsored event, or through their own volunteer project. Employees can even get paid time to volunteer for a project close to their heart.
