Seeking FinTech Innovators
We are seeking fintech innovators who have an interest in creating digital solutions that can provide credit union members with tools needed to make confident financial decisions, and at the same time, make everyday life more affordable.
Presentations for the UW FinTech Pitch Competition wrapped up in April, with our winner receiving $1,000 and a chance to present their idea to the statewide Sound Credit Union FinTech Incubator Challenge. The FinTech Pitch Competition offered UW students a chance to develop a pitch for a new fintech (financial technology) product, present their idea to potential investors, and receive feedback on the idea.
The Sound Credit Union FinTech Incubator Challenge is designed to help innovators create technology that will empower people to make better financial decisions and make everyday life more affordable. One winner will receive $10,000, a six-month membership to UW’s CoMotion Labs in Seattle and more.
Entrepreneurs can submit their financial technology concepts to the Sound Credit Union FinTech Incubator Competition between May 1 – June 5. A committee will review all submissions and select finalists on June 8, and finalists will present their ideas to a panel of judges on June 14.
Entries for the FinTech Incubator Challenge are due on June 5.
