Online Account Opening
Our online account opening process makes joining Sound Credit Union from home easy and convenient. To get started, simply click the orange button to the right and follow the prompts.
Account Opening Instructions by Mail
To open your account by mail, please sign and submit the items below.
- Two forms of ID
Photocopy of unexpired Washington State Driver’s License or Identification Card and a second form of identification (i.e. Social Security card, birth certificate, club membership card with picture, work badge with picture).
- Account Deposit
$25 minimum opening deposit for savings account (required for all accounts).
- Membership Application
Complete and sign.
- Acknowledgement of Individual Form
Must be signed and notarized when an individual(s) is unable to be present at time of opening.
- Payroll/Direct Deposit Form (optional)
Authorizes payroll to be deposited directly to your new account. Please submit a copy to your payroll department.
