- Go to Options:
First make sure to close any Sound pages completely while you check your settings. You can go to any other website while you do this.Click on Tools from your menu. In Internet Explorer 9 or later, Tools is the gear icon in the top right corner. Now select Internet Options.
- Allow Cookies:
In Options, click on the Privacy tab. Click on the Sites button. Type “cm.netteller.com” and click Allow. Next type “billpaysite.com” and click Allow. Click the OK button. After changing this, be sure to clear the cache as well.
- Clear cache:
In Options, click on the General tab. Under browsing history, click on the Delete button. You can uncheck all boxes except “Temporary Internet files.” Click on Delete at the bottom. This may take a few minutes to clear.
- Disable Compatiblity View:
Click on Tools. Select Compatibilty View settings. If you see netteller.com in the list, select it. Click Remove and then Close.
- Close and Restart Internet Explorer:
Now that this is finished, close all Internet Explorer windows and tabs completely. Then reopen Internet Explorer and sign in normally. If you still experience problems, please contact us.
