- Go to Preferences:
First make sure to close any Sound pages completely while you check your settings. You can go to any other website while you do this.Click on Safari in your menu. Next click on Preferences.
- Allow Cookies:
Click on the Privacy tab. Next to “Cookies and website data,” select Always allow.
Please note: Safari does not allow per-site permissions as other browsers do. To guarantee Online Banking works properly, you will need to always allow cookies when using Online Banking.
- Clear cache:
Click on Safari in your menu. Now click on Clear History.
Select the desired date range, then click Clear History.
- Close and Restart Safari:
Now that this is finished, close all Safari windows completely. Then reopen Safari and sign in normally. If you still experience problems, please contact us. Please include your name, the last 3 digits of your account number, your browser version, and a brief description of the issue.
