How do I get started using Direct Connect for Quicken or QuickBooks?
Choose the appropriate Getting Started Guide for your version of Quicken or QuickBooks and your operating system:
If you encounter problems connecting Direct Connect, try resetting your Direct Connect password in Online Banking. This is done by selecting the More tab and clicking Connect to Quicken/QuickBooks under Additional Services. Your Quicken/QuickBooks password must be different from your Online Banking password.
