- Go to Options:
First make sure to close any Sound pages completely while you check your settings. You can go to any other website while you do this.Click on Tools from your menu. In Internet Explorer 11, Tools is the gear icon in the top right corner. Now select Internet Options.
- Allow Cookies:
In Options, click on the Privacy tab. Click on the Sites button. Type “soundcu.com” and click Allow. Next type “soundcuonline.com” and click Allow. Click the OK button. After changing this, be sure to clear the cache as well.
- Clear cache:
In Options, click on the General tab. Under browsing history, be sure to uncheck the box “Delete browsing history on exit. ” Next, click on the Delete button. Be sure to check the boxes “Temporary Internet files and website files” and “Cookies and website data.” Click on Delete at the bottom. This may take a few minutes to complete.
- Close and Reopen Internet Explorer:
Now that this is finished, close all Internet Explorer windows and tabs completely. Then reopen Internet Explorer and sign in normally. If you still experience problems, please contact us.
