Mozilla Firefox | Version 56 or 57

  1. Go to Options:
    First make sure to close any Sound pages completely while you check your settings.  You can go to any other website while you do this.Click on the Firefox menu icon on the browser toolbar at the top right.  This icon is a box with three horizontal lines.  Next click on Options.

  2. Allow Cookies:
    In Options, click on the Privacy tab.  Under History, it should show “Use custom settings for history.”  Click on the Exceptions box.
    Firefox Privacy TabType “cm.netteller.com” and click Allow.  Next type “billpaysite.com” and click Allow.  Click the Closebutton.  After changing this, be sure to clear the cache as well.

  3. Clear cache:
    In Options, click on the Advanced tab.  In the second row, click the Network tab.  Next to Cached Web Content, click on Clear Now.

  4. Close and Restart Firefox:
    Now that this is finished, close all Firefox windows and tabs completely.  Then reopen Firefox and sign in normally.  If you still experience problems, please contact us.  Please include your name, the last 3 digits of your account number, your browser version, and a brief description of the issue.
