Direct Connect allows a secure two-way interface between the credit union and Quicken or QuickBooks. This allows you to receive real-time account balances, transaction activity and make transfers between your Sound accounts from within your Intuit software.
If you encounter problems connecting Direct Connect, try resetting your Direct Connect password in Online Banking. This is done by selecting the More tab and clicking Connect to Quicken/QuickBooks under Additional Services. Your Quicken/QuickBooks password must be different from your Online Banking password.
