Scammers can spoof Sound Credit Union’s phone number. Sound will never ask for your Online Banking username, password, verification codes or one-time passcode. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at 800.562.8130. When in doubt, hang up and call us.

How do I enroll for Online or Mobile Banking?
Enroll in Online or Mobile Banking from a personal computer or device or by downloading the Sound app.
Before you begin, have the following items ready.
- Access to your current email address -or- your mobile device
- Your SSN/TIN/EIN
- Your Sound Credit Union member number (account number)
- You will be prompted to create a username and password
