Here’s an easy way to make online giving simpler this Giving Season. With Autobooks, nonprofits can collect credit card and ACH donations right from their Sound Business Online Banking account—no third-party wallet required.
Autobooks makes it easy to:

- Create a Checkout Page, Payment Link, or QR Code for donations
- Accept contributions online, in person, or over the phone
- Give donors the option to cover processing fees
- Receive funds directly into the nonprofit’s Sound account within two business days
To get started, log in to your Sound account, click Invoicing and Payments, and follow the prompts on your dashboard to create your Donation Page or Payment Link.

Sound Business membership with a savings account is required. Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in Washington State. Promotions are available for a limited time and may change without notice. If your donors don’t cover fees, you’ll pay 3.49% per credit or debit card transaction, 2.75% per Tap to Pay transaction, or 1% per electronic transfer (ACH). Autobooks is not available to Cannabis businesses. Must be enrolled in Business Online Banking.
$100 Bonus: To qualify, you must receive at least three Autobooks donations or payments to your Sound nonprofit account by December 31, 2025. Your account must be in good standing to receive the bonus. The $100 bonus will be deposited into your primary savings account within two weeks after the third Autobooks deposit. Must be at least 18 years old. Limit one bonus per member and account. Excludes Cannabis accounts. Bonus may be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT or 1099-MISC. Offer subject to change at any time. Expires 12/31/2025.
