Scammers can spoof Sound Credit Union’s phone number. Sound will never ask for your Online Banking username, password, verification codes or one-time passcode. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at 800.562.8130. When in doubt, hang up and call us.

What happens to Courtesy Pay if I cannot bring my account to a positive balance?
If the account cannot be brought to a positive balance within the 30-day repayment period, the Courtesy Pay privilege will be suspended and/or removed and collection procedures will be initiated. Sound reserves the right to cancel or temporarily suspend Courtesy Pay at any time.
