Scammers can spoof Sound Credit Union’s phone number. Sound will never ask for your Online Banking username, password, verification codes or one-time passcode. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at 800.562.8130. When in doubt, hang up and call us.

How do I change my account nicknames?
Account nicknames, can be set up in Online or Mobile Banking.
In Online Banking, go to My Settings and select Rename & Hide your accounts. Use the corresponding fields to edit nicknames for either deposit or loan accounts.
In Mobile Banking, go to the Customize at the bottom of the Accounts screen, then select Account Preferences.
