Scammers can spoof Sound Credit Union’s phone number. Sound will never ask for your Online Banking username, password, verification codes or one-time passcode. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at 800.562.8130. When in doubt, hang up and call us.

I tried to access my account and was informed that it was frozen.
To protect your account information, Sound will automatically freeze your account after a series of failed log in attempts. You will need to contact Sound Credit Union by phone or in person and complete a verification process to unfreeze your account.
