New Digital Banking Experience
Digital Banking is getting a modern makeover.
This update provides a seamless transition between Business Online and Mobile Banking with a consistent, user-friendly interface.
Here’s some of the changes.
What’s changed in Business Online Banking
- Online Banking Tabs: Utilize these different tabs to navigate the available processes within Online Banking.
Note: Only Cannabis members will see the “Empyreal Cash Services” tab. - Customize Home Screen: This allows users to edit their name within the platform, preference access, or hide/favorite widgets within the Widget Stack.
- Greeting Name: You can make this name customizable to you or your business. All users that log in will have the same greeting name.
- Messages For You: This will display any messages for upcoming maintenance. If there are no messages, nothing will appear in this space.
- Approvals: This is for secondary approvals on transactions like ACHs or Wires.
- Quick Action Widgets: Quick navigation to Digital Banking’s most utilized features.
- Account Widgets: All of the user’s internal accounts, including business checking, business savings, loans, and investments.
- Widget Stack: Houses all other widgets.
What changed in Business Mobile Banking
New features:
- Account number – Has been added to the account details screen.
- Action buttons – Allow you to quickly link to features, like Transfer & Pay and Get Paid
Updated features:
- Menus – “More” menu has been updated to make things easier to find, including the Business Resource Center

FAQs
Both Online and Mobile Banking user interfaces (UI) have been updated to provide an enhanced experience featuring improved navigation, faster load times, and a more intuitive interface.
No action is required on your part. The upgrade will happen automatically and your existing login credentials and account information will carry over. When the upgrade is complete, you’ll simply sign in as usual and begin using the new experience.
Yes, usernames and passwords remain unchanged. You can continue to log in as usual.
