Scammers can spoof Sound Credit Union’s phone number. Sound will never ask for your Online Banking username, password, verification codes or one-time passcode. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at 800.562.8130. When in doubt, hang up and call us.

How do I change my password from a mobile device?
To change your digital banking password from a mobile device:
- Log in and click the “Settings” icon at the top of the screen
- Choose “My Settings”
- Scroll down and click the “Edit” link next to Password
- Select a new password and click “Save”
