Scammers can spoof Sound Credit Union’s phone number. Sound will never ask for your Online Banking username, password, verification codes or one-time passcode. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at 800.562.8130. When in doubt, hang up and call us.

How do I get started using Direct Connect for Quicken or QuickBooks?
Choose the appropriate Getting Started Guide for your version of Quicken or QuickBooks and your operating system.
If you encounter problems connecting Direct Connect, try resetting your Direct Connect password in Online Banking. Select Quicken/QuickBooks under Accounts in the Manage menu.
Your Quicken/QuickBooks password must be different from your Online Banking password.
