How do I get started using Direct Connect for Quicken or QuickBooks?
Choose the appropriate Getting Started Guide for your version of Quicken or QuickBooks and your operating system.
If you encounter problems connecting Direct Connect, try resetting your Direct Connect password in Online Banking. This is done by selecting the More tab and clicking Connect to Quicken/QuickBooks under Additional Services. Your Quicken/QuickBooks password must be different from your Online Banking password.
