Scammers can spoof Sound Credit Union’s phone number. Sound will never ask for your Online Banking username, password, verification codes or one-time passcode. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at 800.562.8130. When in doubt, hang up and call us.

How many characters does my password need to be?
Passwords must be a minimum of six (6) characters and needs to be a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. Passwords are case sensitive. BEACHBALL, beachball, and beachBall are the same word, however the system treats them as three separate passwords.
