Scammers can spoof Sound Credit Union’s phone number. Sound will never ask for your Online Banking username, password, verification codes or one-time passcode. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call us directly at 800.562.8130. When in doubt, hang up and call us.

What happens to my child’s minor savings account when they turn 18?
Once they turn 18 years old, their minor account will be automatically converted to a Savings account. Before this happens, we’ll send a reminder letter so they can make any needed adjustments to their account.
