The old website design served Sound well for over 5 years, and it was time for a refresh! In an effort to deliver the best experience possible and to make sure that when members visit us online, they get the most relevant information and high-quality support.

We’re excited to bring these changes to you and make your online interactions with us even better!

The new website design launched on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

Mobile banking, the mobile app, and online banking are not changing. Your existing passwords will continue to work and no account conversion is taking place. This is simply a “facelift” to our member-facing, public website, soundcu.com.

Other third-party service providers, such as CUSO Investment Services and Mortgage Servicing will continue to be available and linked from the new soundcu.com.
