Find the right numbers
Follow the steps below to locate your ACH number (also called a MICR number). It can be found in the mobile app, in online banking and on the bottom of your checks.
From the Mobile App
- Log in to the mobile app and choose “Accounts“
- Click on your checking account to view history.
- At the top, click the link “Details“
- Find your ACH number listed.
- Use this number on employer payroll forms, for tax refunds and social security checks to have them direct deposited to your Sound account.
From Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking and choose “My Accounts“
- Click on your checking account title link to view history.
- At the top, click the link “Account Details” drop down menu.
- Find your ACH number listed.
- Use this number on employer payroll forms, for tax refunds and social security checks to have them direct deposited to your Sound account.
From your Sound checks
- Sound’s routing number is the 9-digit number located in the bottom left corner of your checks.
- Your ACH number is the set of numbers appearing just after the routing number, or to the right of the check sequence number. (Do not include any spaces or symbols that may appear in your ACH number)
