1. Teller – Member Service Representative

Jumpstart your career by helping members with routine financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

    • You will be the first point of contact for our members, helping them with various financial transactions, including providing support with withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, and transfers. You will be empowered to problem solve, attend to member inquiries, build relationships, and provide valuable information on account status, balances, and loan details to ensure our members’ needs are met with exceptional service and care.

Requirements:

    • One-year experience in customer service position required; cash handling and sales experience is preferred.

Salary Range:

    • Targeted hiring range: $20.00 – $22.50, Full Range: $20.00 – $25.00

 

2. Universal Associate I (New Accounts)

Expand your knowledge and start handling more complex member needs and transactions.

Additional Responsibilities:

    • You will build long-term relationships with members by opening new consumer accounts including: savings, checking, money market, certificates of deposit, minor accounts, individual retirement accounts (IRA’s), health savings accounts etc.

Additional Requirements:

    • At least one year of experience as a teller or equivalent customer facing banking experience.
    • Cash handling and experience in opening new accounts required.

Salary Range:

    • Targeted hiring range: $21.50 – $24.00, Full Range: $21.50 – $26.50

 

3. Banker – Universal Associate II (New Accounts & Loans)

Take on additional responsibilities, including problem-solving and assisting with branch operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

    • You will assist members in achieving financial milestones including accepting, reviewing, and processing consumer loans.

Additional Requirements:

    • At least one year of experience as a teller or equivalent customer facing banking experience required.
    • Cash handling and experience in opening new accounts and loans required.
    • Ability to obtain a NMLS certification within 18 months of employment. Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.

Salary Range:

    • Targeted hiring range: $22.50 – $25.00, Full Range: $22.50 – $27.50

 

4. Universal Associate III

Prepare for leadership by mentoring new staff and managing higher-level transactions.

Additional Responsibilities:

    • You will assist members in achieving financial milestones including accepting, reviewing, and processing complex loans including home equity and business loans less than $50k.

Additional Requirements:

    • At least two years of experience as a teller or equivalent customer facing banking experience.

Salary Range:

    • Targeted hiring range: $23.50 – $26.00, Full Range: $23.50 – $28.50

 

5. Senior Universal Associate

Lead your team by example, manage significant branch operations, and ensure the highest level of service.

Additional Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert for the branch team and members.
    • Assist in the training and mentoring of new employees.

Additional Requirements:

    • At least three years of experience as a teller or equivalent customer facing banking experience.

Salary Range:

    • Targeted hiring range: $24.50 – $28.50, Full Range: $24.50 – $32.50
1. Call Center Representative

Jumpstart your career by helping members with routine financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

    • As the first point of contact in our call center, you will assist our members over the phone with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.

Requirements:

    • One year successful work experience in a service-oriented capacity, preferably in a Call Center environment.
    • Demonstrated sales experience preferred.

Salary Range:

    • Targeted hiring range: $21.50 – $24.00, Full Range: $21.50 – $26.50

 

2. Call Center Specialist

Expand your knowledge and start handling more complex member needs and transactions.

Additional Responsibilities:

    • Assist members over the phone with more complex needs such as processing account changes including adding/removing account owners, beneficiaries, name changes, IRA/HSA requests, etc.

Additional Requirements:

    • Two years of successful work experience in a service-oriented capacity, preferably in a Call Center environment.

Salary Range:

    • Targeted hiring range: $23.50 – $26.00, Full Range: $23.50 – $28.50

 

3. SR Call Center Specialist
