Yes. Your deposits continue to be insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) to at least $250,000. Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) continue to be insured separately to at least $250,000. This is the same deposit insurance coverage you received from FEFCU.

Yes, account numbers will change on July 1, 2020 when the final merger of accounts is completed. Letters with new account numbers were sent in early June. You may begin using your new account number July 2 at any Sound branch, when speaking to a representative by phone, or when enrolling in online banking.

No, the loan agreement you had on all existing loans with FEFCU did not change.
