Insured by NCUA. Equal Housing Lender. Loan amounts up to $5,000,000. Loan term is 25-years and 25-year amortization. Rate can be fixed for up to 25 years. Pricing will be based on Prime Rate + 1.00% and includes an option for a one-time adjustment of the interest within the first 18 months of the loan. Other options include quarterly adjustable pricing based on Prime Rate + 0.25%, five-year adjustable pricing based on Prime Rate + 0.50%. Rate will be fixed based on approval with loan closing within 45 days. Minimum down payment of 15% plus all loan closing costs. Loan not to exceed the lesser of 85% of the final purchase price or 85% of the appraisal value. The minimum DSCR of 1.15 to 1.00 and global DSCR of 1.00 to 1.00. Cost of appraisal fee will be reimbursed up to $3,500 at closing. Must meet all SBA 7(a) requirements and is subject to final underwriting and approval from Sound and SBA. Promotion includes SBA Express and SBA 7(a) programs. Promotion ends 7/15/2023. Applications must be submitted into underwriting by 7/15/2023.
