Easier Navigation, New Keypad Codes, and Voice Options
We’ve updated Telephone Banking to make it faster and easier to access your accounts, whether you use your keypad or your voice.
If you’ve used phone banking recently, you may notice a few changes the next time you call Sound Credit Union.
What’s New
- Simpler menu options to make navigation easier and more intuitive.
- New keypad service codes for faster access to common tasks.
- Voice navigation so you can say what you need instead of pressing buttons.
How it Works
- You can still use your phone’s keypad (that hasn’t changed).
- Keypad prompts and service codes will be different, so listen for the updated options.
- You can now speak your request to move through the menu.
For example, you can say:
